About Al Watts
Al Watts has over 25 years of experience as an independent consultant helping leaders and organizations succeed by aligning people, systems and strategy. He is particularly skilled helping clients define strategic direction, identifying barriers to achieving goals, and helping boards, executive teams and diverse stakeholder groups craft shared commitments for overcoming obstacles. He facilitates experiences for groups that range in size from teams of two to over a hundred participants to establish common ground, agree on direction and solve problems together.

Before his consulting career, Al served ten years in private industry. His responsibilities included managing training and development, general employee relations and professional-level recruitment. He has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota (Business, Psychology and Communication), and completed his graduate coursework in Organization Development at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. He served as President of the American Society for Training and Development in Minnesota, charter President of the Twin Cities Human Resources Executive Forum, adjunct instructor for local colleges, and in board roles for several community organizations.
