Organizational and Leadership Integrity
inTEgro's Leadership and Organizational Integrity Model is based on nearly thirty years of observing which leaders and organizations achieve excellent and sustainable results. We call them 'triple-e" leaders and organizations because their practices simultaneously contribute to effectiveness, engagement and ethics. These "triple-e" leaders and organizations master four challenges that comprise the Leadership and Organizational Integrity Model:
Identity—They know who they are, where they are going and what they value
Authenticity—They model trueness to their mission and values, truth-telling and transparency.
Alignment—Practices are congruent with what matters most, they craft unity from diversity, and continually adapt and grow.
Accountability—They are responsible, deliver on their promises and exercise sound stewardship.
These are the leaders and organizations that customers, communities and workers want to associate with. These are the leaders and organizations that will transform business as usual into business at its best.
